How to End the Year With Travel

September through December, South India changes dramatically. The rains leave, the hills turn green, the roads open up, and by the time the year ends, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa and the Andamans are calling. This is our four-month diary — one story for every mood, one journey for every month.
